Cancellation and refunds — rwa.ngo data membership

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time on the billing page (Manage payment and cancellation). Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; the subscription then ends and is not renewed.

14-day cooling-off (consumers in the UK and EU)

You may cancel within 14 days of buying and receive a full refund. If you expressly ask for access to digital content straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once you use it, the right ends when you first view member evidence on rwa.ngo.

Research Member review

If we decline your research membership application, you choose either a pro-rata refund of the research membership or a move to Member (L1) with the price difference refunded.

Other refunds

Apart from the cases above and your statutory rights, payments for a period that has started are not refunded. If we end your membership because of a breach of the terms, no refund is due for the remaining period unless the law requires it.

How to ask

Write to contact@rwa.ngo from the email address of your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. When a refund ends your membership, we tell rwa.ngo and member access there closes.
