Terms of Service — rwa.ngo data membership

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Escher Camondo Intelligence, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (file number 10686916), 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us"). We sell the paid data memberships for rwa.ngo on this website (rwango.eschercamondo.com). We use the rwa.ngo name with the authorisation of Finance Transparency CIC, which operates rwa.ngo.

2. Your account

You sign in here with your rwa.ngo account ("Sign in with rwa.ngo"); there is no separate password. rwa.ngo tells us your account number and email address when you sign in. Keep your rwa.ngo sign-in methods secure.

3. Memberships

  • Member (L1), Research Member (L2) and Institutional Member (L3), as described on the membership page. Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars; tax is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.
  • What membership never changes. Membership or any payment does not affect scores, tiers, rankings, statistics or the order in which anything is checked on rwa.ngo. Score weights, tier score ranges and internal fields are not available at any level.
  • Where you use it. Member content is shown on rwa.ngo. When your membership starts, changes or ends, we tell rwa.ngo your membership level and its expiry, and rwa.ngo opens or closes member content accordingly.

4. Payment

We sell directly. Payments are processed for us by Stripe; we never receive your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Research Member review

Research membership requires a short application. Until it is approved you have Member (L1) access. If we decline it, you choose either a pro-rata refund of the research membership or a move to Member (L1) with the price difference refunded.

7. Check records

Downloadable check records (signed PDF) are not yet sold. When they are, each level will include a yearly number and more can be bought; the terms will be updated before then.

8. Institutional membership and API licence

  • Institutional membership is provided under a separate written agreement.
  • The API gives a current snapshot and a limited history (up to 90 days) per product, within a daily limit. There is no bulk export. Some plans receive data with a 7-day delay.
  • Identification digits. To identify the source of the data, numeric values returned by the API may carry additional decimal places beyond the precision rwa.ngo publishes; rounded to the published precision, every value equals rwa.ngo's published figure exactly. You must not remove or alter these additional decimal places.
  • Use is limited to your internal purposes unless the agreement says otherwise. Keys are personal and may be revoked if misused.

9. Investor status

You may declare that you meet an investor standard of your jurisdiction (for example US accredited investor, UK high net worth or sophisticated investor, EU professional client, Hong Kong professional investor) and upload proof here. We review the proof; we do not certify or endorse you. If the proof is accepted and you separately agree, rwa.ngo may show other signed-in paying members your chosen name, category, jurisdiction and the review date, as "proof reviewed (standard, date)", for 12 months. We send rwa.ngo the result only, never the proof. We do not offer, promote or arrange investments.

10. Use of member content

Member content is for your own research. You must not copy, redistribute, publish or sell it, or remove watermarks or identifiers, except as the law allows (for example brief quotation with attribution).

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Member content is information, not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

12. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; we will tell you of material changes before they apply to a renewal. Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without affecting any consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
